For businesses that win customers locally

When someone asks AI for a business like yours, do you get mentioned?

More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI instead of googling. We ask the questions in your industry and city, count who gets mentioned and show what you are missing. Enter your website or name and see the answer in a second.

How we run the check

We ask the way a customer asks. Then we count.

01
We ask real customer questions
8 questions to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, 3 times each, in your industry and city. For example: "Vilken redovisningsbyrå i Göteborg rekommenderar du för ett litet aktiebolag?"
02
We count every mention
AI answers differently every time. One screenshot proves nothing. The share of all answers does.
03
We audit what AI and Google read
Google profile, website, directories and local search results, item by item. You get a list of what is missing.

The AI map of Göteborg

604 of 900 tested businesses in Göteborg are never mentioned.

Bright dots get mentioned by AI. Dark ones do not. The difference is rarely quality. It is reviews, profile and website.

A sample across 16 trades, from tandläkare to naprapat: 900 of the most visible businesses on Google Maps and 402 answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. A business counts as mentioned if it appeared in at least one answer. Businesses that do not even show on Maps are mentioned even less.

Why businesses stay invisible

It is rarely about how good you are. It is about what AI and Google can find.

Reviews weigh the most

When Uberall analysed 120,000 AI mentions, businesses that got mentioned averaged 643 Google reviews. Those that did not averaged 253. The count weighed more than the rating.

The Google profile is the source

Google Maps supplies about a third of everything AI cites about local businesses, and the same profile decides which three businesses appear at the top of Google.

The website has to answer questions

AI cites pages that clearly say what you do, for whom and where. An FAQ page and structured data make a difference in AI and in Google.

Details must match everywhere

Different phone numbers on Hitta, Eniro, Allabolag and your own site make AI unsure. Unsure AI names someone else.

Sources: Uberall 2026 (120,000 AI mentions), SOCi Local Visibility Index 2026, Yext (6.8 million AI citations), Whitespark Local Search Ranking Factors 2026. Industry studies, not independent research. The city numbers on this page come from our own runs.

How we help

Six answer engines. Six steps. All measurable.

Customers ask Google, Google's AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini. All decide in the same order: can I fetch the page, do I understand what the business does, do I trust it, is there anything to quote, can it be booked. We work in that order, and your report shows where you stand at every step.

The engines, and what they build on

Google Sök och Maps
Built on: Google Business Profile, the website
How it chooses
Shows three businesses on top, from the Business Profile. Weighed on distance, review count, profile completeness and what the website says.
Google AI-läge och AI-översikter
Built on: The Business Profile, the website, schema.org
How it chooses
Builds the answer on Google's normal index and fans one question out into several. In AI Mode eight of ten citations go to Google Maps and the Business Profile, in AI Overviews mostly to the business's own website.
ChatGPT
Built on: The website, directories, review sites, Bing
How it chooses
Searches the web with its own crawler (OAI-SearchBot) and takes local details from partners. Cites directories, lists and pages that answer the exact question.
Perplexity
Built on: The website, review sites, forums, directories
How it chooses
Reads web pages live with PerplexityBot and shows its sources. Favours pages with straight answers and sites with reviews.
Microsoft Copilot
Built on: Bing Places, Bing Webmaster, IndexNow
How it chooses
Answers from Bing's index and Bing Places. If you are not in Bing, you are not in Copilot.
Gemini
Built on: The Business Profile, Google's index
How it chooses
Google's assistant with Google Search connected: the same material as AI Mode, the Business Profile first.

Six steps, in the order a crawler decides

25 concrete deliverables. Those marked starter package are in the 2 990 SEK, those marked monitoring in the 490 SEK a month, add-ons are priced separately. Every item the report finds at your business is marked Finding.

Be reachable
The crawlers must be able to fetch the page. If they cannot, you do not exist, whatever it says.
- Let the right crawlers in, in robots.txt and in the firewallStarter package
No noindex, robots.txt open to OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot and Bingbot, no nosnippet, the text in the HTML itself. We request your page as each bot and read the answer: robots.txt can say yes while the firewall says 403.
  ChatGPTPerplexityGoogleCopilot
- One address, one sitemap, clean answersStarter package
www and bare, http and https lead to one and the same page with a permanent redirect. A canonical address on every page. A sitemap with honest change dates, only real pages. 200, 301 or 404, never pages that look alive but are not.
  GoogleGoogle AICopilotGemini
- A site that answers, with a valid certificateStarter package
The report tests the link in your Google profile and its three variants. If it does not answer, or has the wrong certificate, that is the first thing we fix.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexityCopilotGemini
- A fast page without heavy scriptsStarter package
Loads in under 2.5 seconds on a phone, no layout jumps, images in a modern format with dimensions set, no chat widgets or tracking scripts that slow it down. Google weighs it in ranking and the crawlers read more.
  GoogleGoogle AICopilot
- Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNowStarter package
The site verified with both Google and Bing, sitemap submitted, indexing errors fixed, and IndexNow announcing every new page the same minute. Copilot and parts of ChatGPT draw on Bing, so Bing is not optional.
  GoogleGoogle AICopilotChatGPTGemini
Be understood
What you do, where, for whom, with the same details everywhere. Machine-readable and in plain words.
- Google Business Profile completeStarter package
The right primary category, every service, hours, phone, photos, attributes, Q&A and a first post. The profile is the source both Google and AI read first, and Bing Places gets the same details.
  GoogleGoogle AIGemini
- Schema.org that matches the pageStarter package
LocalBusiness in your trade's type with address, hours and phone, Service per service, FAQPage, and Organization with sameAs to the Google profile, Facebook and LinkedIn so machines know it is the same business. There is no special AI schema, only correct ordinary schema.
  GoogleGoogle AIGeminiCopilot
- The same details everywhereStarter package
Name, address, phone and website written the same on Google, the website, the Swedish directories, LinkedIn and Bing. Differing details make AI unsure, and unsure AI picks someone else or makes things up.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexityCopilotGemini
- Titles, headings, images and links that say what you do and whereStarter package
A 50 to 60 character title with service and city, one main heading per page, subheadings phrased as the customer's questions, short addresses with real words, alt text on images, a share image, and internal links from the start page to every service and back.
  GoogleGoogle AICopilotChatGPT
- One page per service and customer questionStarter package
The question is the heading and the address, for example /which-electrician-in-gothenburg. The answer first, then city, service and price. Real pages for real questions, not a hundred variants of the same: Google penalises that as scaled content.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexityCopilotGemini
Be trusted
Reviews, real people, prices and sources outside your own site. That is what AI weighs as trust.
- A flow for reviews, and a reply to eachStarter package
A link, a QR code and a text you send after every job, and a reply to every review, the critical ones too. Review count weighs most in every study we read. Never bought: it is penalised and it shows.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexityCopilotGemini
- Correct what AI says that does not matchStarter package
The report shows word for word what each service claims about phone, address and website, where it got it, and what the Google profile says. We correct the source, usually a directory, LinkedIn or an old page, so all say the same.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexityCopilotGemini
- About, contact and real peopleStarter package
An about page with names, a photo, since when and where, a contact page with address and phone, and your own photos instead of stock. That is how Google and AI decide the business is real.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexity
- Prices that can be readStarter package
A pricing page with from-prices, what is included and how to get a quote. Customers ask AI what things cost, and no service recommends a business without prices on a price question.
  ChatGPTPerplexityGoogle AIGemini
- Be where AI looksStarter package
The source map in the report shows which sites AI read when it answered in your trade. We register or complete you there, in the right category, with the same details as on Google.
  ChatGPTPerplexityCopilot
- Local links and mentionsStarter package
The trade association, the local business club, the local paper, the team you sponsor, your suppliers' customer lists. Real mentions from sites in your city and trade are the links that count. None bought.
  GoogleGoogle AIPerplexity
- Kept currentMonitoring
A visible updated date on pages that change, prices and hours that are right all year, old pages removed or redirected. A review every quarter with monitoring.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexityCopilotGemini
Be quoted
Passages that answer the customer's question at once, with your own numbers. Those are what AI lifts into the answer.
- Questions and answers customers actually askStarter package
Ten questions from your calls and emails, with short straight answers and FAQ schema. The format AI most often lifts into its answers.
  ChatGPTPerplexityGoogle AI
- The answer first in every passageStarter package
Under every heading a 40 to 60 word answer that stands on its own: the business's name instead of "we", the city spelled out, numbers and dates. That is how you write for people, and exactly what machines cut out.
  ChatGPTPerplexityGoogle AIGeminiCopilot
- Your own numbers, examples and opinionsStarter package
AI quotes what is not written everywhere: your prices, your turnaround times, a worked example, a customer case with real numbers, a straight opinion with a name under it. We help you write three such passages, in your words.
  ChatGPTPerplexityGoogle AI
- Tables and comparisons with real numbersStarter package
What is included in which package, what it costs, how long it takes. One table per question the customer compares on. Lists for steps, tables for comparisons, definitions for terms.
  ChatGPTPerplexityGoogle AI
Be chosen
When the customer, or the customer's AI assistant, wants to book, it should work at once.
- Bookable by people and AI agentsStarter package
A tap-to-call phone number, a booking form with real field labels, prices and availability in plain HTML, no captcha just to read. AI agents read the page the way a screen reader does, and they are starting to book.
  ChatGPTGoogle AIGoogle
- Ads in ChatGPTAdd-on
OpenAI sells ads in ChatGPT in Sweden since 2026, targeted by city. We set up and run the campaign. The budget you pay to OpenAI directly. Ads are labelled as ads and do not change the regular answers, so this is an addition, not a replacement.
  ChatGPT
Measure
The same questions before and after, every month, plus the reports Google and Microsoft publish themselves.
- The same questions before and after, every monthMonitoring
Before and one month after the starter package, with the same questions to the same services. With monitoring every month: the change, new sources, new differing facts and the next three actions in one email. Trends, not single screenshots.
  GoogleGoogle AIChatGPTPerplexityCopilotGemini
- See the visitors who come from AIStarter package
Search Console verified, with Google's generative AI report. Bing Webmaster Tools with the AI Performance report that counts your citations in Copilot. And one question in your booking: "How did you find us?" with AI as an option. It is the most honest measurement there is.

What we do not do, and why

Five things others sell and we turn down, with the reason.

llms.txt as a solution
The file is almost never fetched: 97 percent of all llms.txt files got zero requests in a 2026 log study, and Google says Search does not use it. We add it if you like, in five minutes, but count on nothing.
An MCP server
MCP connects a tool, such as a booking system, to an AI assistant. It is not a channel customers search in and does not affect who AI recommends. We build one only if you have a system to connect.
A hundred pages off the conveyor belt
One page per district with the place name swapped, or AI-written texts in bulk, is what Google penalises as scaled content and what AI skips as commodity. We write few pages that say something.
Bought reviews, links and mentions
Google lists bought mentions as something to avoid, review sites close accounts, and in AI answers it shows as thin sources. Everything we do should survive you showing it to a customer.
Guarantees about what AI says
Nobody controls what an AI answers, and anyone who promises it is selling air. What we do control is what the AI reads: the facts in every source, the pages it can quote, the reviews it weighs and whether the crawlers are let in at all. We do those things, measure with the same questions before and after, and with Monitoring we measure every month so a deviation is fixed within 30 days instead of sitting there for a year.

Monitoring

490 SEKper month, cancel anytime

Offered after the starter package. The same measurement every month, and we act on what it shows.

Included

The same measurement every month: visibility, mentions, reviews, differing facts, sources and questions, with the change against last month in numbers
An alert when an AI starts giving a wrong phone, address or website: we find the source (directory, LinkedIn, an old page) and correct it
New sources the AIs start reading in your trade show up in the answers, and we make sure you are on them
Competitor watch: who takes your place, on which questions, and what they beat you on
One content job a month driven by the measurement: a new question-and-answer page, an updated pricing page or a Google post
Reviews: the reminders keep going, new reviews get replies (we draft them), the average is tracked
Technical watch: noindex, an expired certificate, a firewall that starts blocking crawlers or a broken sitemap is caught and fixed within a week
A one-page monthly letter: the numbers, what we did, what we do next. Cancel anytime

No lock-in. The starter package is credited if you start within 30 days.

Swedish market price 2026: 3 000 to 8 500 SEK for an audit, and 3 000 to 8 000 SEK a month with a six-month lock-in. We charge 2 990 SEK once and 490 SEK a month with no lock-in, because the measurement is automated.

FAQ

Straight answers

How do you run the check?

We ask eight common customer questions in your industry and city to the AI services customers use, three times each. Then we count how often each business is mentioned. We show the share rather than one screenshot, because AI answers differently every time.

Which industries and cities can you measure?

All of them. Enter your business in the check: if it is in a city we have already scanned you get the answer in a second, otherwise we measure it live while you wait, one to three minutes. One measurement per visitor and day.

Is this SEO or GEO?

Both. What makes AI mention you is largely what gets you into the top three on Google in your city: reviews, a complete Google profile, a website that answers customer questions, and details that match everywhere. We work on the whole.

Do you guarantee we will show up in AI?

No. Nobody controls what an AI says, and anyone who promises that deserves scepticism. We fix what AI and Google actually use and rerun the same questions afterwards so you see the difference.

What does it cost?

The check is free. The starter package is 2 990 SEK excl. VAT, one-time, done in five working days. Monitoring afterwards is 490 SEK a month with no lock-in. You pay by invoice after delivery.

Do we have to leave an email to see the report?

No. The whole report shows on screen right away and can be downloaded as a PDF. We ask for an email only if you book a call, and then only for the calendar invitation.

Is Google enough, or do Bing and Copilot matter?

Bing matters for two reasons: Microsoft Copilot answers from Bing, and parts of ChatGPT's web search draw on Bing. That is why Bing Places, Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow are in the starter package. It takes an hour and most competitors have not done it.

Can you advertise in ChatGPT?

Yes. OpenAI sells ads in ChatGPT in Sweden since 2026, targeted by city. We set up and run the campaign as an add-on, the budget you pay to OpenAI directly. Ads are labelled as ads and do not affect the regular answers, so they do not replace the work on profile, website and sources.

Do we need an MCP server or an llms.txt?

No, neither makes you more visible. llms.txt is a text file AI crawlers almost never fetch: in a 2026 log study 97% of the files got zero requests, and Google says plainly that Search does not use it. We add it if you like, it costs five minutes, but we count on nothing from it. MCP connects tools to an AI assistant, not customers to you, and does not affect who AI recommends.
